Inquiry information

The form requests your name, contact details and service. You may add your organization, city, site count, start date and description. Do not send identity documents, passwords, camera data or sensitive security or financial information.

Purpose & submission

Information is used to respond, assess service scope and follow up. When online submission is disabled, the site explains this and offers a prepared WhatsApp message; preparing it does not save a request with us. When the server integration is enabled, the actual receipt result is displayed.

External services

WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other external links lead to services with their own policies. The site does not automatically send the form to WhatsApp without your choice to open the message.

Advertising tags & cookies

No advertising tag loads before you consent through the consent banner. If you accept, we use the Google Ads tag and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure visits and requests that come from our ads; a quote request is recorded by its reference number only, without your name, phone or email. LinkedIn may associate the visit with your LinkedIn account under its own policy. You can withdraw consent at any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page, and we then delete advertising cookies on our domain. We use no analytics tools, and your browser stores only your consent choice, not form details.

When you arrive through an ad link, we keep the campaign name and click identifier for your session only and attach them to your quote request if you send one, so we know which ad brought you.

Job applications

The “Join our team” form asks for your name, gender, nationality, age, mobile number, region, city, role, education, employment status, experience, prior service, licence status, English level, availability and a short summary; email, courses and previous employer are optional. An automatic initial screening with fixed rules (nationality, licences and experience by role) only orders applications; recruiting staff always decide, and gender and age are not used in screening. We ask for gender because some contracts require a male or female guard, and nationality because the law requires Saudi nationality for guarding roles. We use the details only to assess your application and contact you about job openings; only authorized recruiting staff can access them, and they are not used for advertising. We never ask for ID images, ID numbers or bank details through the website, and we never charge recruitment fees. We keep an application for no more than 160 days to match it with new openings, then delete it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time via careers@fapc.sa.

Access, retention & rights

Request access should be restricted to authorized personnel, with retention and deletion arrangements approved before integration is activated. Contact us about processing, corrections or applicable statutory rights, subject to the request and legal obligations.

Status of this version

This operational wording is for review before integration activation. Retention, lawful basis, processors, hosting and rights handling require approval by the responsible company representative. Registry enrollment alone is not comprehensive compliance certification.
